How long are visits at FitRx?

Most FitRx visits are 30 minutes, giving you time to discuss your concerns and get personalized guidance. Depending on your needs and provider recommendations, you may also be eligible for shorter or longer visits, including 15-minute, 45-minute, or 1-hour appointments. Some care requests may not require a phone or video visit at all and can be handled through secure online questionnaires that your provider reviews. Visit length and format are determined based on clinical appropriateness and provider discretion.

How do I start my video visit?

Starting your video visit is easy. You can join in any of the following ways:

- Click the secure Daily video link sent to the email address on file with FitRx (or to your phone if you’ve opted in to SMS messages)
- Sign in to your secure FitRx patient portal and select “Join visit” from the main page
- Use the link included in the calendar invite sent to your personal calendar

How long will it take for the doctor to start my video visit?

Providers do their best to start visits on time, but occasionally there may be a short delay if they’re finishing care with another member. If your visit doesn’t begin exactly at your scheduled time, please stay in the virtual waiting room—your provider will join you as soon as possible. For scheduled visits, we recommend joining the waiting room 5 minutes early. For instant visits, please remain near your device so you’re ready when your provider connects.
